  • BOOKING:
    Can only be confirmed when your booking deposit is received.Please submit the booking form to us. Delays submitting the form could mean that the dates required are already taken. Price includes electricity, gas, bed linen, towels(except beach towels) and garden forniture.
    BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
    If you telephone or email us we will confirm availability and hold your booking for 48 hours. We cannot confirm the booking as definite, however, until we have your payment.
    PAYMENT:
    We ask our clients to pay 150 EUROS when booking and the remnant balance in euros once you get in the house. Your payment can also be made by bank transfer or debit card. Please contact us to get the bank details.
  • 150 Euros must be paid on booking. Damage deposit of 50 Euros may be required when you will arrive in the house. This will be returned with you at the end of your staying. In the winter if you wish to use our fireplace we require 50 Euros per week for the woods you burn.


Terms and conditions

  • CANCELLATION:
    We strongly advice all guests to take out personal insurance at the time of booking, to include cancellation cover. If a booking is cancelled more than 8 weeks before the rental period is due to commence, we will endeavour to re-let and will deduct the cost involved from your deposit return the balance to you. However, please note that unfortunately advertising charges can be high. If we are unable to re-let we will retain your deposit. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your visit, we will retain the deposit and you will also be liable for the remaining balance of the rental unless we can re-let. Every care has been taken to ensure all necessary equipment, kitchen + garden furniture.
  • LIABILITY:
  • We accept no liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements and, in particular, accepts no liability for any loss, personal injury/illness or death however incurred. Although we use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of all information provided and the quality and facilities of the house, we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any problems that occur while guests occupy the farmhouse of their choice. We take no responsibility for matters beyond our control, (e.g war, civil unrest ,terrorist activity, bad weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control).
