Price includes electricity, gas, bed linen, towels(except beach towels) and garden forniture.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
If you telephone or email us we will confirm
availability and hold your booking for 48 hours. We cannot confirm the booking as definite, however, until we have your payment.
PAYMENT:
We recommend our clients to pay 120 pounds when you are booking and the remnant balance
in euros once you get in the house.
Your payment can also be made by bank transfer or debit card.
Please contact us to get the bank details.
120 pounds must be paid on booking.
80 pounds must be paid to the owner as damage deposit when you will arrive in the house.
This will be returned with you at the end of your rental period.
In the winter if you wish to use our fireplace we require 50 Euros per week to be paid for the woods you burn.
CANCELLATION:
We strongly advice all guests to take out personal insurance at the time of booking,
to include cancellation cover. If a booking is cancelled more than 8 weeks before the rental period
is due to commence, we will endeavour to re-let and will deduct the cost involved from your deposit return
the balance to you. However, please note that unfortunately advertising charges can be high.
If we are unable to re-let we will retain your deposit.
If you cancel less than 8 weeks before your visit, we will retain the deposit and you will also be
liable for the remaining balance of the rental unless we can re-let.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the house has all necessary equipment, kitchen and garden furniture.

We respect your right to privacy, and we recognize our responsability to protect any personal information
you provide with us. Therfore, we do not sell o rent customers information to third parties. This includes
your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number,and any other information you may provide with us.
